Healthy Dessert Week 1

My roommates and I decided to explore healthy dessert recipes and try them out once a week! This week, we attempted to make yummy low fat chocolate brownies. We found an online recipe from that did not require any butter or oil (which is amazing)! Instead, we use plain yogurt. Each serving is as low as 150 calories! We definitely had no shame eating the slice of brownie tonight.

Serving size: 9

1 cup of sugar
10 tbsp plain yogurt (or go greek!)
6 tbsp cocoa powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup of plain flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
tiny little bit of salt

Super simple! Preheat the oven at 165 C. Mix all ingredients together evenly, pour it into a 8×8 baking dish and put it in the oven! Wait 30 minutes patiently (we had some troubles doing so), and done, it is ready!

It was so nicely moist and super delish!
