How people should communicate.
We just booked our entire trip to Prague and Berlin in April! I have heard many things about Prague and cannot wait to explore the city. And for Berlin, I have missed it so much. I have visited Berlin about a year ago during winter break and I fell in love. It will be amazing to see the city when I am not freezing! I. CANNOT. WAIT.
One of the most inspiring and moving stories I have stumbled upon. The Jubilee Project was started from a genuine heart to help. Three boys came together and decided to leave their careers (one works in the White House, consulting firm in New York and the other is in Harvard Med school -taking a year off) moving to LA to expand on their project. The project is quite simple. To make videos for a good cause. As we probably know, youtube videos are accessible. PSY-Gangnam style and recently, Harlem Shake went viral within days! These boys are utilizing this medium to spread awareness, inspire and to help. I am definitely converted. Check out one of their videos 🙂

Kelly: What do you call an African lady?
Michelle: Black. Black Widow.
A few of us decided to visit Windsor, a town a little outside London where the royal family resides (well other than the Buckingham Palace of course!). I have previously been here with my family but on a typical cloudy English day. Coming back and seeing Windsor on a sunny day is definitely a new experience! The entire town is really old and pretty. As soon as we stepped out of the bus, I noticed old people everywhere. Guess this is where they retire maybe? Well I like old people and we had a really good time regardless walking around, eating (of course) and soaking up the sun.
I am finally back on track. Went for a morning run at green park after sending my swedes off and came home to a yummy muesli breakfast. I almost forgot how good it felt to be running again. The winter has definitely kept me tucked inside for some time. I only did about 2 miles today but figured that it is a good start. It was quite strange to be running so early in the morning! Everywhere was dark and there were some points where I was a little paranoid that something was behind me! Hehe. All good now.
