Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Imagine that you have starved your body all night. You definitely need good fuel to start off the day! Well, that is what people always say at least. I am just copying 😉 Breakfast is one of my favorite meals though. I could have breakfast for dinner shows you how much i love it. Here is something I had today randomly finding stuff in my fridge. Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of honey, diced apples, sunflower seeds and linseeds. It is super delish and healthy (I think). Try it!
